About the app
Travel Blue Indonesia is an internal app of PT Travel Blue Indonesia for its employees. It covers store visit attendance with location verification, in-store stock audits, barcode scanning, office attendance and leave requests.
The app only works with an account created by a company administrator. There is no self sign-up. New employees receive an account from HR or an administrator.
Common issues
I cannot sign in
Use the work email and password from your administrator. After several failed attempts, wait one minute before trying again. Forgot your password? Ask your administrator or HR to reset it.
Check-in rejected: outside the radius
Turn on precise location, wait a moment near the entrance or an open area so GPS accuracy improves, then try again. If it is still rejected while you are at the store, report it to your supervisor for review.
Camera or location does not open
The app asks for camera access for verification and damaged-item photos, and for location access to check in. Open Settings, choose the Travel Blue Indonesia app, then allow Camera and Location.
Signal lost while entering data
The app keeps your actions on the device and sends them when the connection returns. Actions not sent within 6 hours are discarded, so enter them again once you are back online.
Changing phones or signing out
Open Profile and choose Sign Out. This removes the sign-in session and the offline queue from the device. You can then sign in on the new phone.
